Lánzalo is a free platform where Latin American developers and entrepreneurs launch projects, gather votes and get discovered. As of October 2026 it lists 24 public projects from 9 countries.
The challenge
Global launch platforms rarely surface products from Latin America, and most of them speak only English. Makers in the region need a place where peers who share their market and language see the launch.
What I built
- Product discovery with categories such as SaaS, mobile and AI.
- Rankings driven by community votes, with monthly launch boards.
- Maker profiles that showcase each builder’s products.
- Country filters to explore launches by origin.
- Full Spanish and English support.
- An admin dashboard for moderation and stats, plus dynamic sitemaps and metadata for search.
Key decisions
“Spanish first, built for the region’s makers.”
Bilingual by default keeps the platform native to LATAM while staying readable to global visitors. Dynamic sitemaps and metadata help every launch get found in search.
