VibeQA is a SaaS platform for collecting and managing QA feedback across web applications. Teams add one line of code, and testers report bugs with annotated screenshots, voice recordings, text and files, right where the bug appeared.
The challenge
Testers dislike filing bugs, and developers dislike missing them. Reports land in chat threads and spreadsheets without screenshots, browser details or steps. VibeQA puts the report form inside the product, so context is captured the moment a bug shows up.
What I built
- A one-line embeddable widget for any web application.
- Feedback as text, voice recordings, annotated screenshots and file attachments.
- Team organizations with owner and member roles, email invitations and project-based access.
- Real-time feedback notifications and analytics in a team dashboard.
- Assignment tracking and activity history for every report.
- Subscription billing with Stripe across several pricing tiers.
Key decisions
“Capture the bug where it happens.”
Embedding the reporter in the product removes the hand-off between tester and tracker. Supabase Edge Functions and Storage serve the widget and media, so setup stays one line.
Where it is now
VibeQA reached production in October 2025 at version 1.3.70 and launched on Product Hunt, offered with a 7-day free trial and no credit card required.
